Pokemon Moncolle - Mega Evolution!

We've got some special news for all your Pokemon fans out there! Next month, the Japanese toy company Takara Tomy will be releasing three awesome editions of Pokemon Moncolle: Shiny Mega Gengar, Shiny Mega Gardevoir, and Volcanion! If you're interested, scroll down for pics!:

It's short for Pocket Monsters Collection. Pokemon Moncolle are these series of Pokemon figures produced and released by Takara Tomy. They accurately produce the exact colors and styles of each unique Pokemon, bringing them to 3D life. Through these figures, you can closely observe each careful detail of every Pokemon from any angle!

There are hundreds of Moncolle, since there are numerous Pokemon out there. How do you navigate through such large numbers? There's only one answer--divide them into groups. We've listed below some of the best Moncolle out there from the Mega Evolution Series.

メガ進化 (mega shinka) or Mega Evolution is the level of evolution attainted by certain Pokemon. They require a メガストーン Mega Stone, with their trainers having a キーストーン Key Stone to unlock the Pokemon's true powers. When a Pokemon undergoes mega evolution, their appearances "evolve" and their power highly increases. They're capable of dealing and withstanding great power! 

There are standard Pokemon that can Mega Evolve. Our favorite starter Pokemon, like Treecko and Mudkip, have three levels of evolution now thanks to Mega Evolution. And their new forms? Totally awesome.

There are also legendary Pokemon that can Mega Evolve. (As if they needed to in the first place, right? I mean, they're all so cool already!) One popular Moncolle would be Mega Rayquaza, but I personally like Mega Latios and Mega Latias.
