Kuratas vs Megabot

Thu, Jul 9th 2015, 11:14:41

Some of you will be more than familiar with a Mecha. The Mecha are a huge robot with a cabin pilot design for battle. The Mecha are something really rooted in japanese culture. From Mazinger Z , EVA, Mobile Suit Gundam and even The Vision of Escaflowne, some of you always dreamed in piloting one, I’m more than sure!! ೕ(˃̵ᴗ˂̵ ๑)

The thing is that probably your dreams came true after all this years watching mechas only on anime and manga.  Kuratas is a combat mecha of 4 tons design by and manufacture in Japan, and Megabot is a HUGE “newborn” robot design in America. Kuratas is not as new and the Megabot, but for those who are not familiar woth it, here you have a video showing all the possibilities that a Kuratas can offer.

It can actually target and launch softballs. Those are just a couple of the possibilities. Kuratas is also a custom made robot if you aim to buy it for around A MILLION DOLLARS. (sorry, we can’t provide that service, too big to be send ..・ヾ(。 ̄□ ̄)ツ )

One of the designers of the american Metcha just after finishing the Megabot automatically challenge Kuratas for a Battle. And if you own a Mecha, you know they are made for Battle, so the Kuratas designer totally accepted the challenge. But, the condition will be that they can’t use weapons because they are not cheap toys at all!!

Here you have the video of the american team of Megabot, challenging Kuratas! The date is unkown yet, but we will keep you updated!!

There is also a collaboration between Takara Tomy and Kuratas. The toys are an exact replica of the HUGE mecha that the Japanese team built! Don't miss your chance to have one of them!!
