Cancellations & Returns

We aim to provide a smooth and fair shopping experience. Please review the following policies regarding cancellations, returns, and refunds.


Order & Bid Cancellations

・Cancellations are not accepted after placing an order or bid.
・For snipe bids, you may cancel the reservation only if it is more than 15 minutes before the auction ends, via the auction details page.
・Once a bid is placed on an auction, it cannot be canceled.


Returns Policy

・Returns are generally not accepted. Please double-check the item description and condition before placing your order.
・If the item you received is clearly different from what you ordered due to our error, we will cover the cost to resend the correct item.


Deposit Refunds

・You can request a refund of your unused deposit at any time.
・Please contact us via the message board (BBS) to initiate your request.
・Refunds are issued using the same payment method used at the time of deposit.
・If a refund to the original method is not possible, we will use PayPal or international bank transfer instead.
・Refunds are typically processed within 1 to 3 business days.


Refund Restrictions

We may not be able to process cancellations or refunds in the following cases:

・The item was purchased under export control restrictions.
・The item is prohibited in the user's country or region.
・The item was already discarded at the user's request.
・The user has withdrawn from membership - shopping points are non-refundable and cannot be converted to cash.

To request a refund or discuss your situation, please contact us via the Message Board (BBS) with your order details.
