What is the PayPal transaction fee?

When you add deposit or make payment for an order/shipment, you can pay by PayPal.
When you make payment by PayPal, PayPal transaction fee is charged which is 3.9% of item price + 40JPY per transaction.
With PayPal payment, you pay in your own currency but an exchange fee is charged by PayPal, which is around 4%.
