All Bill Components

There are two stages of payment: one at the time of purchase, and one before international shipping.

1st Payment - Item Order

This payment covers the actual item cost and J-Subculture service fees when you place an order.

    The actual item cost, including domestic shipping to our warehouse.

  2. receipt

    Handling Fee

    250 JPY per transaction. This is charged once per order, regardless of the number of items.

  3. verified_user

    Protection Plan

    100-600 JPY per item. You can choose from Plan A, B, or C depending on the level of coverage.

2nd Payment - International Shipping

This payment is required when requesting international shipping. It includes delivery charges and optional service fees.

    Free (includes packing and warehouse handling).

    Storage Fee

    Free (up to 45 days of safekeeping included).

    Consolidation Fee

    Free (up to 5 orders can be combined in one shipment).

    International Shipping Fee

    Actual cost charged directly by the carrier. You can choose your preferred carrier such as FedEx, UPS, DHL, or Japan Post after reviewing the rates.

Handling Fee

250 JPY / transaction

・Combine items from the same seller or shop to save on fees.

・Items won at auction can only be combined if they are won on the same day, within a 24-hour window (from 9:00 AM to 8:59 AM Japan time).

Buyer Protection Plan Overview

Choose the level of protection that best fits your needs. Each plan comes with different services, from basic forwarding to full insurance and inspection. A protection fee is charged per item based on the selected plan.

Plan A / B - Basic forwarding -

・Items purchased using this plan will be forwarded to you as they arrive at our warehouse.

・We are unable to compensate or refund you for items that arrive damaged, with missing parts, or fail to arrive at all.

・Plan A is only available for a Business status user.

Plan C - Full-service forwarding -

・Domestic Shipping Incidents: If your item is lost or damaged during domestic shipping (Seller to our warehouse), we'll contact the seller/shop to resolve it.

・Full refund: You will receive a full refund if your item was lost or damaged during transit in Japan.

*All insurance plans exclude authenticity and condition issues, and cover only domestic shipping within Japan; international claims must be made with the shipping carrier.
- Visual inspection Process -

We perform a visual inspection to ensure that your item matches the store or seller’s description. This includes verifying the item's appearance, size, color, and item number.

*We do NOT assess functionality, authenticity, original defects, condition or specialized knowledge requirements.

We also offer a variety of clearly priced optional services upon request, including order consolidation, special packaging for fragile or oversized items, domestic delivery within Japan, photo requests, in-person shopping at physical stores, and long-term storage or repackaging.
