Why my rank hasn't been updated?

Ranking is calculated based on your purchase total during one full year, from a year and a month prior to a month prior. Not integration of your past purchases.
If you're "Standard" rank on 15/MAR/18, it means your total purchase from 1/FEB/17 to 31/JAN/18 is smaller than 50,000JPY.
