Here's how your shipping request is handled.

You submit a shipping request.

We pack your items and send you a shipping bill within a few days.

(Shipping bill is sent on weekdays only)

↓

After the shipping fee is paid;

●EMS and International Parcel ship within one business day except weekends.

●Small Packets ship on Tuesdays and Fridays.

If your order's free storage is near expiry, please submit a shipping request at least 4 days prior.
