Kokuyo Harinacs Staplers

Fri, May 1st 2015, 11:10:14

HARINACS, the 'stapleless' stapler. 'Hari' means a needle and 'nacs' means 'throw away' in Japanese.

The HARINACS stapler series binds by only using the paper itself and no metallic staples are required, therefore it is very environmentally friendly. Moreover, since it is safe to use and designed to optimize work, it has received great response from users inside and outside Japan. From its sale start at the end of 2009, more than 6 million pieces have been sold.

Since the tacked paper part doesn’t get bulky, even when stacking bundles on top of each other, it doesn’t feel voluminous at all. Compared to regular staplers and paper clips this makes a difference of about 60% less in size. Then, the bound part may be easily separated again by smoothly running through with a hard object like a pen cap. Therefore, documents can be taken apart for scanning and copying with little effort.

Staple supplies are no longer required and when it comes to disposing the papers, no need to separate them anymore or to worry that the metallic staples mix with other things.

A SAFE, EFFICIENT and ECOLOGIC product all in one.
