General User is unable to choose Small Packet if the total item price is over 7,000JPY.
If there're multiple items you're trying to ship, remove one or two to make the total price less than 7,000JPY. And you’ll be able to choose Small Packet.

If an item itself is over 7,000JPY, you need to use EMS or International Parcel(Air/SAL/Surface).

You'll be able to choose Small Packet regardless of item value if you switch your status to a Business User.

Basically, you need to send us your fund (minimum 20,000JPY at a time) via TransferWise to us. Upon receiving your fund, we'll add that to your deposit and switch your status to Business User.
