Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba, the world's most popular anime & manga series right now!

So what is Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba all about?

The manga is serialized in the Weekly Shonen Jump magazine. Its story is set in the Taisho period (1912-1926) of Japan and one day when the main character, Tanjiro Kamado, is away from home on business, his family is slayed behind his back by malicious demons. Only his younger sister Nezuko got away alive, but turns into a demon herself. Yet, she differs from other demons and doesn't attack humans. Demon Slayer is a tale of heroic fight to turning Nezuko back into human.

Quite a serious affair, but there is also comedy involved, so you won't lose interest easily when reading through it. Also all the appearing characters have strong personalities. The manga is brilliant, no question about it, but if for the anime, the animations are just so gorgeously made and giving the background story of each of the characters, the anime has even more depth than the manga. We can also totally recommend it (^o^)/
