New Year's Holiday Schedule 2025 - 2026

Dear Customer,

J-Subculture will be closed from 30/DEC/25 to 3/JAN/26, Japan time.

Messages received by 3:00 PM on 29/DEC/25 will be answered before the holiday.

Messages received between 3:01 PM 29/DEC/25 and 10:00 AM 4/JAN/26 will be addressed starting 4/JAN/26 in the order they were received.

AUCTION:

Bidding is available during the holiday, but quotations will be provided on or after 4/JAN/26.

The pending status for restricted auctions cannot be removed during the holiday.

We can only remove pending status during our office hours 10:00-17:00 from 4/JAN/26 on a first come, first served basis.

PROXY SHOPPING (EASY ORDER):

Ordering via Easy Order is available during the holiday, but quotations will be provided on or after 4/JAN/26.

TO SHIP BEFORE THE HOLIDAY in 2025:

To have your package shipped out in 2025, you need to submit a shipping request by 18/DEC/25.

Shipping requests made on or after 19/DEC cannot be processed urgently.

For year-end delivery, please make sure to submit by 18/DEC/25.

If submitted by 18/DEC/25, the shipping bill will be sent to you by 25/DEC/25.

Packages paid before 9:00 AM on 26/DEC/25 will ship on 26/DEC/25.

December 26 will be the last shipping day for packages in 2025.

SHIPPING in 2026:

Packages paid for after 9:00 AM on 26/DEC/25 will be shipped on or after 5/JAN/26.

DEPOSIT via Wise:

We will be unable to receive funds via Wise from 29/DEC/25 to 4/JAN/26 due to their New Year's holiday.

To ensure your Wise deposit is processed before the holiday, we recommend sending funds by 27/DEC/25.
