When will my order be shipped to me?

A shipping request needs to be submitted from your end, so we can ship your orders.
You'll receive a notification email when your order arrives at our place. Once it does, you can make shipping request from the link below.

We recommend you submit a shipping request at least 3 days prior to the safekeeping expiring date. Packing items and sending you a shipping bill takes sometimes 3 days or longer.
Safekeeping date is counting until you make payment for shipping fee. Please make sure you make payment as soon as you receive the shipping bill.
