Total Cost at Time of Purchase
There are no hidden fees beyond what's shown below. Buying multiple items from the same store can significantly reduce your handling costs.
1. ORDER COSTS
Item Price: actual cost from the marketplace
Handling Fee: 250 JPY per transaction
Protection Plan: 150-600 JPY per item
2. SHIPPING COSTS
Packing & Handling Fee: 200 JPY per shipping
International Shipping Fee: actual amount charged directly by the carrier

Order Fees
When placing an order, you will be charged a Handling Fee and a Protection Plan Fee.

Buyer Protection Plan Overview
You can choose from three protection plans for each item you order. The Protection Plan Fee is charged per item, based on the selected plan.

No arrival checking. The item will be forwarded to you as-is from our warehouse. No refund or compensation will be provided in case of loss, damage, or missing parts. ※Available only for Business Users. |

| Plan C |
Includes full insurance for domestic shipping within Japan. If your item is lost or damaged during delivery to our warehouse, we will contact the seller or shop on your behalf. A full refund will be issued if the item cannot be recovered or was damaged during transit.

Before international shipment, we will perform a visual check based on the seller’s listing to ensure the following: ・The item matches the description and photos (appearance only) ・The size matches the listing ・The color matches the listing ・The item number (if listed) is correct

・Functionality, authenticity, and original defects are not included in the check. ・This plan only covers shipping-related issues within Japan. ・Insurance does not cover counterfeit items or items that differ from expectations due to seller misrepresentation. |
Shipping Fees
A Handling Fee is applied per shipment as part of the shipping preparation process before international dispatch.

| Consolidation Fee |
Free consolidation for up to 5 items per package. The consolidation fee varies depending on the number of items and your User Rank.
Example: If a Silver Rank general user consolidates 7 items into a single package, a fee of 112 JPY will be applied and included in the shipping invoice.)
⚠️ Important Notes:
・A consolidation fee will be charged for each package if a shipment must be split due to size or weight limitations. ・You can consolidate up to 50 orders into a single package. ・A handling fee of 1,500 JPY will be charged if you request repackaging or cancel a shipping request after the shipping invoice has been issued. ・A modification fee of 300 JPY per item will apply if you request to add or remove items from a package after the shipping invoice has been issued. |

Packaging Levels
When a new box is used, the following material fee applies based on the box size. The fee includes the cardboard box and cushioning materials.

Optional & Additional Fees
These fees are not usually required, but may be charged in special cases or when additional services are requested.

500 JPY + 10% of item price This fee applies to non-physical items such as game accounts, digital codes, and electronic tickets. |

500 JPY (up to 5 photos) If you would like us to take photos of specific parts or angles of the item before shipping, we can provide this service for an additional fee. |
| In-Person Shopping Fee |
4,000 JPY + transport fee If you would like us to visit a physical store and purchase an item for you, we can do so for this fee. An additional charge may apply if the round trip takes more than 2 hours. |
| Bank Transfer Fee |
200 JPY / transaction This fee will be added to your quote if the seller or shop requires us to pay by bank transfer. However, since most payments are made by credit card, this fee is rarely charged. |
| Convenience Store / Post Office Payment Fee |
1,000 JPY / payment This fee applies only if the seller or shop requires payment at a convenience store or post office. |
| Storage Fee |
Free Safekeeping Limit: 45 days ・A storage fee of 100 JPY per item, per day will be charged starting from the 46th day. ・The safekeeping period is calculated until the shipping fee is paid. Please do not leave your shipping invoice unpaid. ・Items stored for more than 60 days may be automatically shipped using your deposit. ・If no deposit is available, such items may be discarded without notice. |

| Custom Packaging Fee |
Items with any of the following conditions will require specialized packaging. A specialized packaging fee will be charged per package, depending on the time and care required. The base charge is 400 JPY per 15 minutes.
・Items weighing over 15 kg
Examples of items that typically require specialized packaging:・Items with a total size (length + circumference) exceeding 300 cm ・Items with a length exceeding 150 cm ・Items with unique or irregular shapes ・Fragile items ・Items that require special handling
・Fishing Rods: 800 JPY
・Guitar: 1,600 JPY ・Amps, Audio Equipment: 1,600 JPY ・Projector: 800 JPY ・Large Car Parts: 1,600 JPY
⚠️ Important Notes:
・Items requiring specialized packaging cannot be covered by the selected Insurance Plan. ・These items cannot be combined with other items for shipping. ・Some items not listed above may also require specialized packaging. If you're unsure, feel free to contact us. ・An additional charge for packing materials may apply when necessary. ・A fee of 2,800 JPY will be charged for any package containing items valued over 200,000 JPY. If multiple packages shipped to the same address on the same day exceed this value, an additional 2,800 JPY will be charged. |
