Can I pay by deposit and PayPal together for an order?

Yes.
At the bottom of the payment page, select "Use deposits" and input the amount (without a comma) you wish to use from deposit.
The amount should be without a comma. Here's an example, input "1000" instead of "1,000".
Click PAY button and you can pay the rest via PayPal.
