Part 1. Personal Information Protection Policy

Introduction

• We receive and hold our customers' personal information in the course of providing this Service, which comprises proxy purchasing and international forwarding.
• In order to protect and appropriately handle the personal information entrusted to us by our customers, we have established a personal information protection management system, have set forth the personal information protection policy below, have made it known to all officers and employees working at our company, and endeavor to appropriately protect personal information in accordance with this policy.
• This Service is used by customers residing outside Japan. In shipping products and settling payments, we may therefore handle personal information across national borders. This point is set forth in concrete terms in Part 2.

Article 1. Establishment of a Management Structure for the Protection of Personal Information

• We establish a management structure to protect the personal information entrusted to us in the course of our business activities.

Article 2. Acquisition, Use and Provision of Personal Information

• When acquiring personal information in the course of our business activities, we specify the purpose of use in advance. We handle personal information appropriately in its use and provision. We also prohibit use beyond the specified purposes where not based on laws and regulations, and take measures to that end.

Article 3. Compliance with Laws, Regulations and Standards

• We comply with the laws and regulations concerning the handling of personal information, the guidelines established by the government and other standards, and we conform our internal personal information management rules to those laws, guidelines and other standards.
• In addition to the Act on the Protection of Personal Information of Japan, we give due regard to the personal information protection laws and regulations applicable in the country or region where the customer resides.

Article 4. Implementation of Safety Management

• In order to ensure the accuracy and safety of personal information, we implement access control for personal information, restrictions on the means of taking personal information off the premises, measures to prevent unauthorized external access and other reasonable measures commensurate with the anticipated risks, and endeavor to prevent the leakage, loss or damage of personal information. These safety measures are reviewed periodically and corrected as necessary.

Article 5. Response to Requests for Disclosure and to Complaints and Consultations Regarding Personal Information

• Where we receive from the person concerned a request for disclosure of their own information, for correction, addition or deletion, or for refusal of use or provision, or a complaint or a request for consultation, in accordance with the procedures we have made public, we will respond promptly after carrying out appropriate identity verification.

Article 6. Establishment, Implementation, Maintenance and Continuous Improvement of the Personal Information Management System

• We make the persons engaged in work at our company aware of the importance of personal information protection, establish a personal information protection management system for the appropriate use and protection of personal information, and steadily implement, monitor, maintain and continuously improve it.

Article 7. Changes to This Policy

• The content of this Policy may be changed. Except where we separately provide otherwise, the revised Policy shall take effect from the time it is posted on this site.

Article 2. Acquisition of Personal Information

• (1) Information you provide to us directly
  • Information entered at the time of membership registration and thereafter: e-mail address, member ID, name (first, middle and last name), country, postal code, state or province, city, street address, telephone number, date of birth, gender, display language, and whether you subscribe to our newsletter
  • Alternative delivery addresses: the recipient's name, address and telephone number registered separately from the member's own address
  • Content of inquiries: the content of messages sent through the inquiry form or the BBS (bulletin board), and the content of e-mail correspondence

  • We use this information solely for identity verification, membership registration and login. We do not acquire your contacts, your posts or any other information held by those services.

Article 3. Acquisition and Use of Data Relating to Your Use of the Website

• (1) Informative data
  • In this Policy, "informative data" means information relating to the information and communication terminal used by the user, such as a personal computer, smartphone or mobile phone, together with behavioral history information and other information relating to an individual which is recorded by means of cookies, local storage, web beacons, terminal identifiers and the like, and which cannot by itself identify a specific individual. We may acquire and use informative data.
  • Informative data may be automatically matched with personal information on our systems, or may be matched with personal information for the purposes of responding appropriately to inquiries from users and business partners, system administration, the prevention, verification and control of fraudulent conduct, and improving security. In such cases, we will handle the informative data as personal information as well.
  • The informative data we acquire includes the terminal identifier, the user agent, the operating system of the terminal and information relating to its connection to the internet, the referrer, the IP address, timestamps relating to the URLs viewed and the date and time of viewing, the number of page views, and other server log information.
• (2) Cookies and similar technologies
  • Cookies, local storage, IndexedDB and similar mechanisms allow the provider of a website to record data on the computer of a site user through the browser (hereinafter these and technologies with similar mechanisms are collectively referred to as "cookies and the like").
  • The principal cookies and the like used on this Service are as follows.
    • Session identifier: maintains your logged-in state. Essential to the operation of the site.
    • lgstatus: passes your logged-in state between our related sites. Essential to the operation of the site.
    • lgun: pre-fills your member ID on the login screen. Set when you select "keep me logged in".
    • Lang: remembers your display language.
    • visitor_id: a visitor identifier used to understand how the site is used and to measure access, including through Google Analytics 4.
    • Af.from: records the affiliate through which you arrived at the site, and is used to calculate affiliate rewards.
  • Cookies and the like may be issued to your terminal by us, and may also be issued to your terminal by a third party. Cookies and the like issued by a third party are managed by that third party and are handled in accordance with the privacy policy and other arrangements of that third party.
  • You may disable cookies through your browser settings. Please note, however, that if you disable cookies that are essential to the operation of the site, you will not be able to log in and will not be able to use the greater part of this Service.

Article 4. Purposes of Use of Personal Information and Informative Data

  • To deliver effective advertising, including targeted advertising, relating to the products or services provided by us, by our business partners or by advertisers, and to measure the effectiveness of that advertising
  • To distribute, on our own media or on the media of a third party, advertising and other information that we consider to be of benefit to users

• (4) Information on applicants for recruitment: recruitment screening for our company and its subsidiaries, communication with applicants, and joining procedures upon recruitment

Article 5. Provision to Third Parties

• We manage the personal information we acquire appropriately and will not provide it to a third party without obtaining the prior consent of the person concerned, except in the following cases.
  • Where based on laws and regulations
  • Where it is necessary for the protection of the life, body or property of a person and it is difficult to obtain the consent of the person concerned
  • Where it is particularly necessary for improving public health or promoting the sound growth of children and it is difficult to obtain the consent of the person concerned
  • Where it is necessary to cooperate with a national agency, a local government or a party entrusted by either of them in performing the affairs prescribed by laws and regulations, and obtaining the consent of the person concerned is likely to impede the performance of those affairs
• By reason of the nature of this Service, we provide personal information to the following parties to the extent necessary to perform the services you have requested. By using this Service, you are deemed to have agreed to this provision.
  • Shipping companies: Japan Post, FedEx, DHL and UPS. We provide the recipient's name, address, telephone number and the contents of the parcel, for the purpose of international shipping and customs clearance.
  • Payment service providers: Stripe and PayPal. Payment is processed on the systems of those providers. We do not hold your credit card number.
  • Sellers and marketplace operators in Japan from whom we purchase on your behalf, such as Mercari, Rakuten, Yahoo Japan group services and Suruga-ya. We provide only the information necessary for the purchase or the bid. In principle we do not disclose the customer's name or address to the seller, because the item is delivered to our warehouse.
• We may also provide informative data to advertising distributors, advertisers, advertising agencies, our business partners and other third parties for the purposes of use set out in the preceding section. Where it is anticipated that informative data provided by us will be matched with personal data by a third party, we will respond appropriately in accordance with laws and regulations.

Article 6. Provision to Third Parties Located in Foreign Countries

• Because this Service ships internationally and settles payments from customers residing outside Japan, personal information is provided to third parties located in foreign countries in the following cases.
• The categories of recipient and the purposes are as follows.
  • International shipping companies and their local affiliates and agents in the destination country, together with the customs authorities of the destination country, for the purpose of shipping and customs clearance. The countries concerned are the destination country designated by the customer and the countries transited en route.
  • Payment service providers, for the purpose of settling payments and processing refunds. Stripe, Inc. is located in the United States of America, and PayPal Pte. Ltd. is located in the Republic of Singapore.
  • Providers of translation services and of services that support search, used for the purpose of displaying item names and descriptions in multiple languages and for supporting search. These are Google LLC and OpenAI, L.L.C., located in the United States of America, and Microsoft Corporation, located in the United States of America.
  • Providers of access analysis services, for the purpose of understanding and analysing how the site is used. Google LLC is located in the United States of America.
• Information on the personal information protection systems of the countries concerned and on the measures taken by the recipients for the protection of personal information will be provided upon request through the inquiry form.

Article 7. Entrustment of Operations

• We may entrust operations to a contractor to the extent necessary to achieve the purposes of use of personal information. In such cases, we oblige the contractor to protect the personal information and exercise appropriate supervision over it.

Article 8. Retention Periods for Personal Data

• Member information: retained while the membership continues, and deleted or processed into a form in which an individual cannot be identified within a certain period after withdrawal from membership.
• Records of transactions, including orders, payments and shipments: retained for the period prescribed by the tax laws and the Companies Act of Japan.
• Login history, page viewing history and search history: retained for a certain period and then deleted in sequence.
• History of the issuance of one-time codes: deleted promptly after the code has expired or has been used.

Article 9. Procedures for Responding to Requests for Notification of the Purpose of Use, Disclosure, Correction, Addition, Deletion, Cessation of Use, Erasure or Cessation of Provision of Retained Personal Data, and to Requests for Disclosure of Records of Provision to Third Parties (collectively, "Requests for Disclosure and the Like")

  • B. Documents verifying your identity, such as a copy of a driving licence, a passport, a student identification card or a health insurance card
• (3) Fee for a Request for Disclosure and the Like and the method of its collection
  • Where you apply for notification of the purpose of use or for disclosure, a fee of 5,000 yen is payable. No fee is payable for an application for correction, addition or deletion, or for cessation of use or provision.
  • If you reside outside Japan, please enquire through the inquiry form regarding the method of payment.
• (4) Method of responding to a Request for Disclosure and the Like: we will respond by the method you designate, setting out our response in a written reply. Where disclosure by that method would require a substantial cost, or where disclosure is difficult, we will respond in writing.

Article 10. Grounds on Which We May Not Comply with a Request for Disclosure and the Like

• We may not comply with a Request for Disclosure and the Like in the following cases. Where that is so, we will inform you accordingly.
• Where we are unable to verify your identity or to confirm that you are a duly authorised agent
• Where the documents submitted are deficient
• Where the request does not satisfy the requirements prescribed by law for compliance with a Request for Disclosure and the Like
• Where the law provides that compliance with a Request for Disclosure and the Like is not required

Article 11. Security Control Measures

• We take the measures set out below in accordance with the Japanese Industrial Standard JIS Q 15001 (Personal Information Protection Management Systems: Requirements).
• (1) Establishment of a basic policy: in order to ensure the appropriate handling of personal data, we have established a personal information protection management system and have formulated our personal information protection policy.
• (2) Development of rules governing the handling of personal data: we have formulated our personal information protection regulations and other rules governing the handling of personal data at each stage, namely acquisition, use, storage, provision, deletion and disposal.
• (3) Organisational security control measures: we have appointed a personal information protection manager and have put in place an organisational structure for implementing security control measures for personal data. We have formulated and operate regulations prescribing security control measures for personal data. We have established a reporting and liaison structure to the personal information protection manager for cases where a fact or an indication of a breach of the law or of our handling regulations comes to light, and we address incidents and breaches relating to personal data. We maintain means by which the status of the handling of personal data can be reviewed at a glance, and we periodically evaluate, review and improve the status of the handling of personal data, and carry out audits.
• (4) Human security control measures: we periodically inform, educate and train the persons engaged in work at our company on the points to be observed in handling personal data and on our internal regulations. We set out matters relating to the protection of personal information in our work rules, and require persons engaged in work at our company to submit a confidentiality undertaking upon entering into an employment contract. Where we entrust the handling of personal data to an external party, we conclude a confidentiality agreement with that contractor.
• (5) Physical security control measures: in areas where personal data is handled, we control the entry and exit of persons engaged in work at our company and implement measures to prevent persons without authority from viewing personal data. We also take measures to prevent the theft or loss of equipment, electronic media and documents that handle personal data, and physically protect our equipment and devices.
• (6) Technical security control measures: we identify and authenticate access to personal data, set appropriate access privileges, and record and manage access. We have introduced and appropriately operate mechanisms to protect the information systems that handle personal data from unauthorised external access and from malicious software. We also implement security measures by making use of the automatic update functions of equipment and software and by collecting and responding to security information. We implement measures such as encryption and password protection against loss and leakage during the transfer and transmission of personal data. We design the information systems that handle personal data securely, in accordance with the guidelines of bodies such as the Information-technology Promotion Agency of Japan. We also carry out security assessments before operation and periodically thereafter, and address any problems discovered as they arise. We encrypt both the route and the content of communications containing personal data.
• (7) Understanding of the external environment
  • We store and manage personal data on servers located in Japan.
  • Because this Service ships internationally and settles payments from customers residing outside Japan, part of the personal data is provided to third parties located in foreign countries, as set out in section 6. In relation to that provision, we have in place the measures required under the Act on the Protection of Personal Information and grasp the personal information protection systems of the countries concerned.

Article 13. The Voluntary Nature of Providing Personal Information

• The provision of personal information to us is at your discretion. Please note in advance, however, that if personal information is not provided, difficulties may arise in processing our operations and you may as a result suffer a disadvantage. In particular, this Service cannot ship items without the recipient's name, address and telephone number.

Article 14. Scope of Application of This Policy

• This Policy applies to this Service. As to matters not provided for in this Policy, the personal information protection policy of Zipangu LLC shall apply.
• The full text of the terms of use of this Service is published on the Terms of Service page. Please read it together with this Policy. Where those terms of use prescribe a handling of personal information that differs from this Policy, those terms of use shall govern.

• 弊社は、お客様よりお預かりした個人情報を保護し適切に取り扱うため、個人情報保護マネジメントシステムを策定するとともに、以下の個人情報保護方針を定め、弊社で勤務するすべての役職員に周知し、この方針にしたがった個人情報の適切な保護に努めます。
• 本サービスは海外にお住まいのお客様にご利用いただいており、商品の発送および代金の決済にあたり、国境を越えて個人情報を取り扱うことがあります。この点については第2部に具体的に定めます。

• 弊社は、事業活動においてお預かりした個人情報を保護するための管理体制を確立します。

第3条　ウェブサイトの利用に関するデータの取得及び利用

• (1) インフォマティブデータについて

  • インフォマティブデータは、システム上で自動的に個人情報と照合される場合や、お客様・取引先等からのお問い合わせへの適切な対応、システム管理、不正行為の防止・検証・取締り、セキュリティの向上等の目的のために個人情報と照合される場合があります。この場合、弊社は、インフォマティブデータについても、個人情報として取り扱います。
  • 弊社が取得するインフォマティブデータには、端末識別に関する情報、ユーザーエージェント、情報通信端末のOS情報およびインターネットへの接続に関する情報、リファラ、IPアドレス、閲覧したURLおよび閲覧日時に関するタイムスタンプ、ページビュー数、その他のサーバーログ情報が含まれます。

  • クッキー等は、弊社からお客様の端末へ発行される場合と、第三者からお客様の端末へ発行される場合があります。第三者により発行されるクッキー等については、第三者が管理しており、当該第三者のプライバシーポリシー等の取り決めに従って取り扱われます。
  • クッキーはブラウザの設定により無効にすることができます。ただし、サイトの動作に必須のクッキーを無効にされた場合、ログインができなくなり、本サービスの大半をご利用いただけなくなりますのでご注意ください。

第4条　個人情報及びインフォマティブデータの利用目的

• (1) お客様の情報
  • ログイン時における本人確認のため
  • 本サービスの会員登録に際しての審査および登録手続のため
  • 日本国内のオンラインショップ、オークションサイトおよびフリマサイトからの商品の購入代行ならびに入札代行のため
  • 購入した商品の受領、検品、倉庫での保管、同梱および国際発送ならびにこれに付随する通関手続のため
  • 代金の決済および返金処理のため
  • 本サービスに関する連絡ならびにお客様・取引先等からの問い合わせへの対応のため
  • メールマガジン等の情報配信のため
  • 弊社が提供するウェブサイトを通じてのサービス提供のため
  • 弊社のウェブサイトの利用状況を把握、分析するため
  • 弊社の提供する商品又はサービスの改善（不正の検知・追跡、操作性、セキュリティ、品質、利便性の向上等）又は開発のため
  • 個人を識別できない形式に加工した上、統計データを作成し、弊社の新サービス開発の資料として利用するため
  • 弊社、または、弊社の提携先又は広告主の提供する商品又はサービスに関する効果的な広告（ターゲティング広告を含みます）配信、および、広告効果の計測のため
  • 弊社又は第三者の媒体において、広告等の情報、その他弊社がユーザーにとって有益と考える情報を配信するため
  • 弊社の提携先とのデータを活用したビジネスの開発、実行のため
  • 前各号の利用目的のために、広告配信事業者、広告主、広告代理店、弊社の提携先、その他の第三者に提供するため
• (2) 営業活動、公開情報等により入手した情報：営業活動、与信管理、業務連絡
• (3) 従業者情報（派遣社員、アルバイト、退職者を含む）：業務連絡、人事管理、広報
• (4) 採用活動応募者情報：弊社および子会社の採用選考、応募者への連絡、採用時の入社手続き

第5条　第三者提供に関する事項

• 弊社は、取得した個人情報を適切に管理し、次の場合を除きあらかじめ本人の同意を得ることなく第三者に提供することはありません。
  • 法令に基づく場合
  • 人の生命、身体または財産の保護のために必要がある場合であって、本人の同意を得ることが困難であるとき
  • 公衆衛生の向上または児童の健全な育成の推進のために特に必要がある場合であって、本人の同意を得ることが困難であるとき
  • 国の機関もしくは地方公共団体またはその委託を受けた者が法令の定める事務を遂行することに対して協力する必要がある場合であって、本人の同意を得ることにより当該事務の遂行に支障を及ぼすおそれがあるとき
• 弊社は、本サービスの性質上、お客様からご依頼いただいた業務の遂行に必要な範囲で、次の提供先に個人情報を提供します。本サービスをご利用いただくことにより、この提供に同意いただいたものとみなします。
  • 配送事業者：日本郵便、FedEx、DHL、UPS。国際発送および通関手続のため、お届け先の氏名・住所・電話番号および内容品の情報を提供します。
  • 決済代行事業者：Stripe、PayPal。決済は各社のシステム上で処理され、弊社はクレジットカード番号を保有しません。
  • 購入代行先の販売者およびプラットフォーム運営者：メルカリ、楽天、Yahoo! JAPAN 系サービス、駿河屋等。購入または入札に必要な情報のみを提供します。商品は弊社倉庫宛に配送されるため、販売者に対してお客様の氏名・住所を開示することは原則としてありません。
• なお、弊社は、前項の利用目的のために、インフォマティブデータを、広告配信事業者、広告主、広告代理店、弊社の提携先、その他の第三者に対し提供する場合があります。弊社が提供したインフォマティブデータを第三者にて個人データと照合することが想定される場合には、弊社は、法令等に従い適切に対応いたします。

第6条　外国にある第三者への提供

• 本サービスは、海外にお住まいのお客様に対する国際発送および決済を行うため、次のとおり外国にある第三者に個人情報を提供します。
• 提供先の類型および目的は次のとおりです。
  • 国際配送事業者、その配送先国における提携事業者・代理店、および配送先国の税関当局。発送および通関手続のために提供します。該当する国は、お客様が指定された配送先国および経由国です。
  • 決済代行事業者。決済および返金処理のために提供します。Stripe, Inc. はアメリカ合衆国、PayPal Pte. Ltd. はシンガポール共和国に所在します。
  • 翻訳サービスおよび検索支援サービスの提供事業者。商品名・説明文の多言語表示および検索支援のために利用します。Google LLC、OpenAI, L.L.C. および Microsoft Corporation はいずれもアメリカ合衆国に所在します。
  • アクセス解析サービスの提供事業者。サイトの利用状況の把握および分析のために利用します。Google LLC はアメリカ合衆国に所在します。
• 該当国における個人情報の保護に関する制度、および提供先が講じる個人情報の保護のための措置に関する情報は、お問い合わせフォームよりご請求いただいた場合にご提供いたします。

第7条　業務委託に関する事項

• 弊社は個人情報の利用目的の達成に必要な範囲内で業務委託する場合があります。この場合、弊社は、委託先に個人情報の保護を義務付け、適切な監督を実施します。

第8条　個人データの保管期間

• 会員情報：会員資格が継続している間保管し、退会後一定期間の経過をもって削除または個人を識別できない形式への加工を行います。
• 取引記録（注文・決済・発送の記録）：日本の税法および会社法が定める保存期間に従って保管します。
• ログイン履歴、ページ閲覧履歴および検索履歴：一定期間保管した後、順次削除します。
• ワンタイムコードの発行履歴：有効期限の経過または使用の後、速やかに削除します。

第9条　保有個人データに関する利用目的の通知・開示・訂正・追加・削除・利用の停止・消去・提供停止の請求及び第三者提供記録に関する開示請求（以下、総称して「開示等の請求等」といいます。）に応じる手続き

• (3) 「開示等の請求等」の手数料およびその徴収方法
  • 利用目的の通知の申請又は開示の申請を行う場合、手数料は5,000円です。訂正・追加・削除及び利用・提供停止等の申請時は不要です。
  • 海外にお住まいのお客様は、お支払い方法についてお問い合わせフォームよりご相談ください。
• (4) 「開示等の請求等」に対する回答方法：個人情報開示等回答書に記載の上、指定された方法でご回答申し上げます（その方法による開示に多額の費用を要する場合、または開示が困難である場合は書面によるご回答となります）。

第10条　「開示等の請求等」に応じない事由

• 以下の場合は「開示等の請求等」に応じないことがありますが、その場合はその旨ご回答いたします。
• 本人確認あるいは正当な代理人との確認ができない場合
• 提出書類に不備がある場合
• 法の定める「開示等の請求等」に応じる要件に該当しない場合
• 法の定めにより「開示等の請求等」に応じることを要しないとされている場合

第11条　安全管理措置

• 弊社は、日本産業規格「JIS Q 15001 個人情報保護マネジメントシステム－要求事項」に準じて下記の対策を行っております。
• （1）基本方針の策定：弊社は、個人データの適正な取扱いの確保のため、個人情報保護マネジメントシステムを策定するとともに、「個人情報保護方針」を策定しています。
• （2）個人データの取扱いに係る規律の整備：弊社は、取得、利用、保存、提供、削除・廃棄等の段階ごとに取扱方法等について「個人情報保護規程」その他の個人データの取扱規程を策定しています。
• （3）組織的安全管理措置：弊社は、個人情報保護管理責任者を設置し、個人データの安全管理措置を講じるため組織体制を整備しています。また、個人データの安全管理措置を定める規程等を策定して、運用しています。法や取扱規程に違反している事実又は兆候を把握した場合の個人情報保護管理責任者への報告連絡体制を整備し、個人データに係る事故又は違反に対処しています。個人データの取扱状況を一覧できる手段を整備し、個人データの取扱状況について、定期的に評価、見直し、改善を実施するとともに、監査を実施しています。
• （4）人的安全管理措置：弊社は、個人データの取扱いに関する留意事項や内部規定等について、従業者に定期的な周知・教育・訓練を実施しています。個人情報の保護に関する事項を就業規則に記載するとともに、雇用契約時には従業者に対し秘密保持の誓約書の提出を求めております。また、個人データの取扱いを外部に委託する場合は、委託先との間で秘密保持に関する契約を締結しています。
• （5）物理的安全管理措置：弊社は、個人データを取り扱う区域において、従業者の入退館（室）管理を行うとともに、権限を有しない者による個人データの閲覧を防止する措置を実施しています。また、個人データを取り扱う機器、電子媒体及び書類等の盗難又は紛失等を防止するための措置を講じるとともに、機器・装置等を物理的に保護しています。
• （6）技術的安全管理措置：個人データへのアクセスを識別、認証し適切なアクセス権限を設定した上で、アクセスを記録し管理運用をしています。個人データを取り扱う情報システムを外部からの不正アクセス又は不正ソフトウェアから保護する仕組みを導入し、適切に運用しています。また、機器・ソフトウェアの自動更新機能の活用やセキュリティ情報の収集・対応等によるセキュリティ対策を行っています。個人データの移送・送信時の紛失、漏洩等について暗号化やパスワードによる保護等の対策を実施しています。個人データを取り扱う情報システムについてIPAなどの指針に沿った安全な設計を行っています。また稼働前、及び稼働後も定期的なセキュリティ診断を実施し、発見された問題には随時対応を行っています。個人データを含む通信の経路および内容を暗号化しています。
• （7）外的環境の把握
  • 弊社は、個人データを日本国内に所在するサーバーに保管・管理しております。
  • ただし、本サービスは海外にお住まいのお客様に対する国際発送および決済を行うため、第6項に記載のとおり、個人データの一部を外国にある第三者に提供しています。当該提供にあたっては、個人情報の保護に関する法律が求める措置を講じ、該当国における個人情報の保護に関する制度を把握しています。

第13条　個人情報の任意性

• 弊社への個人情報の提供はご本人の任意となります。ただし、個人情報の提供がない場合は、業務処理に支障が発生するためにご本人に不利益が生じる場合があることをあらかじめご承知ください。特に本サービスでは、お届け先の氏名・住所・電話番号がない場合、商品の発送ができません。

第14条　本ポリシーの適用範囲について

• 本ポリシーは本サービスに適用されます。本ポリシーに定めのない事項については、ジパング合同会社の個人情報保護方針が適用されます。
• 本サービスの利用規約の全文はTerms of Serviceのページに掲載しておりますので、本ポリシーとあわせてご確認ください。なお、当該利用規約において本ポリシーとは異なる個人情報の取り扱いを定める場合は、当該利用規約に従って取り扱うものとします。
