IMPORTANT NOTICE FOR U.S. CUSTOMERS

Dear US Customers,

If you have CPSC-regulated items, please submit your shipping request by 9:00 AM JST on July 1, 2026.

Due to new regulations introduced by the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC), J-Subculture will no longer be able to ship many categories of products to the United States.

If you currently have any of the following items stored in your account, please submit your shipping request no later than 9:00 AM JST on July 1, 2026:

• Plush toys

• Figures and toys

• Children's products

• Household goods

• Home appliances

• Electronic products

• Other products that may be subject to CPSC regulations

Our highest priority is to ensure that as many of your items as possible can reach you before the new regulations take effect. If you have affected items, we strongly recommend submitting your shipping request immediately.

Shipping Method Requirements

Please select UPS or DHL for your shipment.

• EMS and International Parcel (Air) are unlikely to arrive in the United States before the regulation takes effect.

• FedEx is not available because FedEx has already begun requiring CPSC compliance information at the time of package acceptance.

Important Deadline

The new U.S. regulation takes effect on July 8, 2026. However, because the requirement is based on the customs clearance date in the United States, we must ensure that shipments leave Japan no later than July 2, 2026.

For this reason, all shipping requests for potentially affected products must be submitted by 9:00 AM JST on July 1, 2026.

After this deadline, we will continue accepting shipping requests. However, shipping carriers may require CPSC-related product information, and since J-Subculture is a proxy purchasing service rather than the manufacturer or seller, we are unable to provide the information required by the U.S. government. As a result, we may no longer be able to ship affected items.

Future Purchases

We also ask that U.S. customers refrain from purchasing products that may be subject to CPSC regulations in the future, as we may be unable to ship such items to the United States.

Background Information

The U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) has announced that products regulated by the CPSC must be registered through its Product Registry (electronic filing system) before arriving in the United States.

Because this system requires extensive product-specific information that is generally available only from manufacturers and original sellers, J-Subculture is unable to comply with these requirements for affected products.
