Service Fee Update Notice

Dear Customer,

Thank you very much for your continued support of J-Subculture.

Please note that the following fee adjustments will be applied to new orders and shipping requests from April 13 onward, and will be implemented gradually.

Due to ongoing increases in operating costs in Japan — including packaging materials, labor, and logistics expenses — we will be implementing adjustments to certain service fees.

These changes are necessary to ensure that we can continue providing stable, reliable, and high-quality service to all of our users.

Updated Fees

• Protection Plan A: 100 JPY → 150 JPY

• Protection Plan B: 250 JPY → 300 JPY

• 200 JPY per shipment

• Up to 5 items: Free

• 6+ items:

User Tiers

• Standard: 70 JPY / item

• Bronze: 63 JPY / item

• Silver: 56 JPY / item

• Gold: 49 JPY / item

• Black: 42 JPY / item

Business Users

• 49 JPY / item

Order Options

400–1000 JPY

• 20% of the discount amount (up to 1000 JPY)

• Available for Mercari, Rakuma, and JDirectItems Fleamarket

• Applicable to items priced 10,000 JPY or higher

• Maximum negotiation price: up to 80% of original price

• If negotiation fails: option to purchase within a specified price or receive a refund

500 JPY per request

• Multiple photos (up to 5) depending on the item

• Photos will be available on the order page and notified via email

Shipping Request Options

• S: 300 JPY

• M: 350 JPY

• L: 400 JPY

• LL: 450 JPY

• From 70 JPY

• Reinforced protective packaging: at cost

• Lightweight packaging (cost-efficient): at cost

• Box size reduction (to minimize volumetric weight): at cost
  → Can help reduce shipping fees when using carriers such as FedEx, UPS, or DHL

Post-Purchase Support

• 5,000 JPY (up to 3 contacts)

• 200 JPY per item

• Special or large items may require a separate quotation
