We'd like to inform you that new fees for Safekeeping and Consolidation will be effective as of 8 April 2017, a month from now.

So we recommend you make shipping request for orders that are already with us before 8 April 2017 to avoid consolidation fee or safekeeping fee.

1) Consolidation fee

Good news is that there's no consolidation fee for up to 5 orders in a package!

If you wish to ship more than 6 orders together, consolidation fee will be charged per package.



As this will be effective as of 8 April 2017, shipping requests made before that date won't be charged a consolidation fee.

Therefore, we recommend you make shipping request for items that are already at our place before new fees kick in. To be safe, by the end of March.

2) Safekeeping fee

Orders that have exceeded 45 days get charged for the exceeding days as of 8 April 2017.



If you have an order which Safekeeping Limit is in minus right now, we strongly recommend you ship them out before 8 April 2017.

We don't charge safekeeping fee or consolidation fee for a shipping request made before 8 April 2017. 

From 8 April 2017, you need to pay the exceeding safekeeping fee for orders which Safekeeping Limit is in minus.



Here's an example. 

Let's assume you have an order which Safekeeping Limit is in minus 15 days on 8 April 2017.



You could still request shipping request to ship the order, but you need to pay for the safekeeping fee of 1,500JPY(15 days x 100JPY) on top of its shipping cost to ship the package.

Please note that Safekeeping fee is charged until shipping payment is made.



Please note that orders which Safekeeping Limit is in minus may be discarded without notice after 8 April 2017. Please also note we will not refund or compensate for the discarded order.
